Smaller Planes Need Less Runway

It's crazy how simple this lesson is so I'm going to keep it short, so that I don't over complicate things like I normally tend to do.
Less baggage

The difference between fast growing businesses, people, teams, cheetahs, etc and slow moving turtles and snails is the baggage they choose to carry. You need more carry-ons in your life and less heavy bags that you don't actually need.
I know I tend to carry way too many bags containing egos, laziness, selfish gain, control, ideas, ignorance, resent, being quiet, wrong niche, bad training, bad apples, greed, paranoia (yea some of us are in a Boeing 707 set for a month long of overseas travel), poor accounting, operational mediocrity, lack of focus, lack of vision, and a longer list of things that we don't need. We forget that the packing list of things we ACTUALLY needed only included honesty, hard work, consistency, the right plans, execution, and fun along the way.

All to say, carry less baggage and it'll be a lot easier for you to take off...
